Cosyhomes is a young company that started its journey in 2015 led by 2 very young and dynamic individuals namely Abhishek and Nitika. Their journey began when they started searching for accommodations for their relatives visiting Delhi to pursue higher education. To their surprise, all accommodations available were either very expensive or badly kept. The determined young individuals still took up expensive accommodation in Karol Bagh. As time passed, their expenses increased so did the demands of the landlord. Sadly they had to return to their hometown leaving their studies in between.
Disturbed, Abhishek and Nitika, then decided to convert one of their residential facilities into decent accommodation for students so that no other student has to leave their dreams incomplete, just like their relative’s. This way the first Paying guest accommodation of Cosyhomes was established in Karol Bagh in the year 2015. As time passed, Cosyhomes got a phenomenal response from students and working professionals mainly due to reasonable pricing and excellent customer service. Both the young individuals along with their team are fully involved in the management and day to day operations of Cosyhomes. I stayed here for one year during my UPSC preparation. It is best PG I have seen in Delhi with all facilities like geysers, refrigerator etc. The owner and caretaker are also very friendly n it gives a feel of staying in home. I had never experienced any water problem in this pg. An affordable n hygienic mess serving home food just below this pg is also an added advantage here.
